What is RustDesk?
RustDesk is an open-source remote-desktop client with self-hostable connection infrastructure. RustDesk Server OSS is the free community server; Server Pro is a commercial, proprietary server with additional administration and identity capabilities. Self-hosting gives the operating team responsibility for deployment, updates, network exposure and recovery. Select the server edition alongside the client rather than assuming every management feature belongs to the open-source package.
