What the website stores

Your saved products and comparison choices are stored locally in your browser. This information is not sent to our server. You can clear it by removing saved items or deleting this website’s browser storage.

When you submit an enquiry

We store your name, email, organisation, optional website, message, enquiry type, consent and submission time to review and respond to your request. Enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. When email notifications are enabled, the same enquiry details are also delivered to our private SiteGround mailbox so we can respond. Cloudflare hosts the website and database; SiteGround provides this email service. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in your message.

Security and abuse prevention

Cloudflare processes network information to deliver and protect this website. The enquiry endpoint stores a daily SHA-256 hash derived from the connection IP for basic rate limiting; it does not store the raw IP in the enquiry record. Cloudflare infrastructure may maintain separate operational logs.

Cookies and analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits, referrer hosts, device/browser types and website performance. Its measurement beacon does not use cookies or browser fingerprinting to identify people. Cloudflare processes the measurement data; see its Web Analytics explanation and privacy policy. We do not send enquiry fields or shortlist choices to the analytics beacon. Browser storage supports your shortlist and comparison. This release does not install advertising trackers.

Your choices

Use our contact form to request access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, quoting the email address and reference. We may need to verify the request. Enquiries are retained while relevant to the request or relationship; periodic removal of stale records is an operational responsibility.

This notice describes the implementation as of 13 October 2026, including Cloudflare Web Analytics. It should be reviewed when mailing lists or other services are added.
