Input and workflow
Explain what the user supplies: a prompt, document, image, code repository or connected data. State file-type or size limits when they materially affect the task. Describe the steps from input to usable output.
Put your AI product’s workflow, features and pricing in one clear commercial profile. List an AI assistant, writing tool, image application, developer tool or other relevant software product on SoftwareRadar for €129 per year, with information you can maintain from your account.
Prepare your draft before paying. Publication follows confirmed payment.
AI is a capability, but a buyer still has a practical job to complete. Your tool may help create a first draft, edit an image, search company knowledge, assist with code or automate a defined business process. Start with that job when choosing the category and writing the profile.
A product using a third-party model should explain its own workflow and distinctive features accurately. Do not imply that you built the underlying model or have a partnership you do not hold. A prompt collection, consultancy homepage or newsletter is not automatically an AI software product; check website eligibility if the offer is unclear.
Representatives can submit a commercial profile for a real tool they are authorised to manage. You do not need to be based in the UK, but the product should be relevant to the software publication. Check for an existing research profile before adding another page for the same product.
Explain what the user supplies: a prompt, document, image, code repository or connected data. State file-type or size limits when they materially affect the task. Describe the steps from input to usable output.
Describe the result the software produces and how the user can edit, verify or export it. Distinguish draft generation from a finished deliverable. Do not promise error-free output or unsupported accuracy scores.
Link readers to your own product information for data handling and account requirements. Only make privacy, retention, training-use or security claims you can support for the relevant plan and configuration.
Explain which features require a paid plan, a separate API key or additional credits. Distinguish your app subscription from any charge the customer pays directly to another provider.
A headline subscription price can leave important questions unanswered. If usage is metered, describe the unit being counted: requests, generated images, audio minutes, documents or credits. Where different actions consume different amounts, point to the actual product pricing information rather than implying that every task costs one credit.
Say whether allowances reset, whether unused credits expire and whether additional usage is blocked or charged separately, where those rules are documented. Distinguish an introductory trial from an ongoing free allowance. If a customer brings an API key, explain that provider billing may be separate from your own subscription.
The profile supports a pricing summary and up to eight plans. Use them to show the differences that affect a buying decision: commercial-use access, export options, team seats, automation, API access or other real plan boundaries. Avoid implying that a feature is included in every tier when it is not.
Your AI product’s price and the directory listing fee are different. The SoftwareRadar commercial profile costs €129 annually in EUR, with automatic renewal unless switched off before the next billing date. We do not offer free commercial AI listings.
Consider a fictional tool that changes wording inside an existing marketing image. A useful profile would say which image formats it accepts, what users select, how replacement text is entered and what can be exported. It would identify any watermark, resolution or editing limits in the relevant plan.
The feature description should distinguish editing text in a flattened image from generating a new design. It should also explain where the user needs to inspect the result. If the product makes claims about matching type or preserving a background, describe the supported use case without promising perfect results for every image.
This example is an outline you can adapt, not an endorsement, measured test or customer result. The same approach applies to AI writing, audio, coding and research tools: define the task, show the boundaries and help the buyer judge what to test next.
A deeper demonstration may suit a separately commissioned product walkthrough. An annual product listing does not include testing, article production or a positive review.
The listing provides a product presence, not guaranteed search rankings, AI citations, referrals or customers. If your tool already has an editorial page, ask us about the existing entry before purchasing a duplicate profile.
Gather your product details, prepare the draft and review the annual terms before paying.
One commercial AI software profile costs €129 per year, billed annually in EUR. Automatic renewal can be turned off in your account before the next billing date.
Describe your own application and workflow accurately, including any separate API-key or provider-billing requirements. Do not imply ownership of the underlying model or an unauthorised partnership.
No. Explain the actual workflow, supported features and limits. Do not invent accuracy scores, testimonials or performance results.
The subscription covers a vendor-managed commercial profile. Hands-on testing, article production and product walkthroughs are separate projects that must be scoped and quoted.
Tell us what the product does and include its website. We can discuss relevance, an existing profile or the publication route before you decide.
A message does not place an order or start a subscription. Commercial listings cost €129 per year; article projects are separately quoted.
