BigCommerce enterprise costs: what a Performance quote must include
Understand BigCommerce’s current Performance starting price and scope an enterprise quote for volume, storefronts, payments, integrations and launch.
In this guide
Use the current package name and price basis
Searching for BigCommerce Enterprise pricing can lead to older package names. The public pricing page checked on 20 October 2026 calls its high-volume offer Performance, with custom pricing starting at US$1,499/month billed annually, excluding taxes.
A starting point is not a complete implementation price or a promise that every large merchant receives that rate. Ask the supplier to name the actual package and commercial term in the quote.
Separate a starting-rate calculation from a project total
| Line | Input | How to treat it |
|---|---|---|
| Performance starting reference | US$1,499 × 12 | US$17,988 annual reference, not a final quote |
| Volume and overage | Agreed GMV / order basis | Use the written threshold and rate |
| Storefronts and required services | Named scope | Confirm included and extra items |
| Implementation and migration | Agreed project work | One-off and ongoing work separated |
| Payments and applications | Actual providers | Separate recurring and usage charges |
Do not add a second charge for something already included. Conversely, do not assume the platform starting rate pays for the agency’s entire delivery project.
Give the supplier a useful volume brief
For a fictional multi-brand retailer, record current and forecast GMV, order counts, active storefronts, markets and campaign peaks. Use BigCommerce’s definitions rather than substituting an approximate turnover number. Include the growth case that could change the commercial schedule.
Name the B2B workflows, catalogue changes and back-office handovers required. Ask which capabilities are included and which need another product, application or implementation work. A general enterprise label is not evidence that every required module is bundled.
Price operations and acceptance together
Specify who maintains integrations, reviews failed orders and handles release problems. Ask for migration rehearsal, redirects, training and launch support as explicit deliverables.
For the retailer, use a synthetic order that crosses the storefront, payment and ERP boundary. Include a cancellation or duplicate-delivery case. Leave observed results blank until an authorised evaluation confirms them; neither a starting rate nor a sales demo proves the final integration.
Retain the full commercial schedule
Keep amount due upfront, renewal, volume measurement, extra storefronts, usage fees and support scope in one record. Review the forecast before committing.
Use the GMV and provider-fee guide, BigCommerce profile and implementation checklist. The enterprise comparison should use the complete retained proposal.
