Separate mailboxes from website messages
The Rackspace add-on provides domain mailboxes. The features page describes a separate transactional-email integration. Receiving staff mail and delivering site notifications are different jobs.
In a migration brief, name both services and the person checking them. Also retain the backup-storage line from the chosen quote: moving a server bill into a spreadsheet without its extras can understate the operating cost.
