SOFTWARERADAR — ODOO CRM WORKFLOW EXERCISE Profile: https://softwareradar.co.uk/software/odoo-crm/ Guide: https://softwareradar.co.uk/guides/odoo-crm-explained/ Review date: 16 October 2026. Workflow documents: Odoo 20.0. All records and GBP purchase values are fictional editorial examples, not vendor subscription prices, a completed product trial or customer data. workflow-example.csv has four records: one unqualified lead with unknown value and three opportunities. O01/O02 share C01 but represent separate purchases; O03 has C02. Open expected value is GBP8000, and the separate Won opportunity has GBP2000. These are state-scoped pipeline values, not cash received, booked revenue or a weighted forecast. Q01 is a draft GBP4800 quotation against O01, whose prior estimate is GBP5000. SO01 is a confirmed GBP2000 sales order against O03. No invoice or payment is supplied. Do not add the estimate, quotation and order for a purchase as new sales. Stage labels and role names are illustrative choices. reconciliation.csv separates seven measures: one unknown-value lead, two open opportunities totalling GBP8000, one Won opportunity at GBP2000, a GBP4800 draft quotation and a GBP2000 confirmed order. Invoice and payment evidence are not supplied: their record counts and amounts remain blank, not zero. These rows are different populations and states, not additive sales. trial-review.csv contains six proposed checks. Retained plan, version/role, observed result, evidence, reviewer and decision are intentionally blank. These files use an editorial schema and are not Odoo import templates or faithful vendor exports. Map fields, customer references, app requirements and permissions to the actual authorised environment. No Odoo database, lead, activity, message, app installation, subscription, order, invoice, payment or integration was operated.
