base-cost-examples.csv contains three independent fictional alternatives. The retained public project-subscription reference is USD9 per user per project per month. A purchases three licences in one subscription/project (USD27/month; USD324 for twelve paid months). B purchases three licences in each of two separate subscriptions/projects, six total (USD54; USD648). C purchases four licences in one project although only three makers use them (USD36; USD432). Each has three distinct makers and twelve view-only people. The licences column is already the total across subscriptions: do not multiply it by projects again. These are alternative scopes, not subscriptions to add together.

Assume unchanged counts and rates for twelve fully paid months. These are not annual upfront prices, calendar-year quotes or actual customer bills. No trial, complimentary entitlement, tax, price change, currency conversion or proration is modelled. Connector, source-platform, support and complete-cost fields stay blank because they are unknown, not zero. Setup and internal staff time are also excluded. This base-only illustration does not apply to negotiated MAU subscriptions. Confirm actual roles, purchased units, currency and terms.
