SOFTWARERADAR — JIRA SERVICE MANAGEMENT AGENT COUNT AND PRICING Guide: https://softwareradar.co.uk/guides/jira-service-management-pricing/ Reference checked 16 October 2026. All people, role assignments and handover dates are fictional. No Atlassian account, licence, request, approval, comment, trial, quote request, purchase, access change or export was operated. roles.csv has 12 role assignments for 10 unique people. Five unique agents A01–A05 need agent access in the baseline; A01 also requests service. R02 is a customer and approver. J01/J02 are assumed already licensed Jira users with permitted collaborator access, not substitutes for agents working the queue or replying publicly. Count people and required access, not assignment rows. quote-comparison.csv contains four independent five-agent base subscription references from the live public calculator, US dollars. Standard monthly: 5 × 26.90 = 134.50 per month; 12 unchanged paid months = 1614.00. Standard annual 4–5 agent tier: 1350.00 per year total. Premium monthly: 5 × 61.60 = 308.00 per month; 12 unchanged paid months = 3696.00. Premium annual 4–5 agent tier: 3100.00 per year total. Annual amounts are full tier totals, not per-agent rates. Monthly and annual are separate alternatives; do not add them together or divide the annual quote and call that a monthly payment. Taxes, currency conversion, discounts, trials, changes, prorations, AI usage, Assets/automation extras, Marketplace apps, other product licences and internal costs are not modelled. Actual quote and total cost fields are blank. Standard and Premium feature scope differs. The separate handover-access.csv scenario starts with five agents on day 1, adds A06 on day 11 and removes A02 from day 21. Days 11–20 have six simultaneous agents; day 21 returns to five. Six unique agents occur during this 30-day example. The first-excluded day is not active; day 31 is outside this example. Maximum Quantity Billing and mid-cycle prorations mean the ending roster alone is insufficient to reconstruct the bill. No partial-cycle invoice, annual-tier expansion, proration method or entitlement change is calculated here. The stable-five-agent quote examples must not be applied unchanged to this handover. evaluation.csv has six proposed checks with actual account, observed result, evidence, reviewer and decision blank. These CSVs use an editorial schema and do not import roles, assign access or configure an Atlassian account.
