SOFTWARERADAR — BUSINESS PASSWORD MANAGER REVIEW Guide: https://softwareradar.co.uk/guides/business-password-manager-sharing-offboarding/ Documentation reviewed: 16 October 2026. This is a fictional access-planning exercise containing labels and people references, never real passwords. Do not enter production passwords, tokens or recovery codes in these worksheets. Files use an editorial schema, not vendor import templates. People: P01 Alex (Operations / service owner); P02 Jo (Operations); P03 Mina (Finance); P04 Eli (Temporary client project); P05 Sam (Account administration; effective item access unresolved). access-plan.csv contains four labelled business items. Before Eli leaves, the intended item-to-person links are 2+1+3+2=8; afterwards 2+1+2+2=7. Four business users are represented in those links. Sam is a separate fifth person whose administrative/recovery reach is unresolved and outside this small access map. Do not count these links as people, passwords, licences or proof of actual security. S03 is the only item with a planned audience change; its business owner and two intended remaining users stay unchanged. The service-account/session and shared-credential review is pending, not completed. Map the proposed groups and reference items to the retained vendor, plan, ownership, direct grants, group membership, administration and recovery configuration. Expected audiences do not prove effective access or remove known/cached credentials. Actual mapping, observations, service rotation outcomes and evidence are intentionally blank. trial-review.csv has six proposed checks; the retained plan, configuration, actual result, evidence, reviewer, date and decision remain blank. No production or test account, vault, collection, identity, recovery, invitation, permission, password, export, employee-removal or payment operation was performed for this article.
